Blanco Event Center rents a private all-white room with crystal chandeliers for anniversary parties of up to 60 guests, in Northland near I-71 and I-270.
Weekday rental is $175/hour with a 3-hour minimum ($525); a weekend half day is $1,000.
Open vendor policy means you can bring the caterer, cake and DJ you actually want.
The room is private for your event only — no shared space with a restaurant crowd.
What does a 25th or 50th anniversary party cost?
Venue-only, a typical 4-hour anniversary party at Blanco runs $700–$1,000 depending on the day.
There is no per-person charge, so cost does not climb as the guest list grows toward 60.
A $200 refundable retainer holds the date; the balance is due before the event.
Is there a venue for a small anniversary dinner?
Yes — Blanco works well for seated anniversary dinners of 20 to 60 guests, which most banquet halls are too large for.
