These terms apply to your use of the Blanco Event Center website. By browsing the site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Inquiries are not bookings

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a tour, or receiving a proposal does not reserve a date and does not create a rental agreement. Dates are held only once a signed rental agreement and the required retainer are in place. Until then, the date remains available to others.

Your rental agreement controls

If you book with us, the signed rental agreement between you and Blanco Event Center governs your event — including the rental period, deposits and retainers, payment schedule, changes, cancellation, permitted use of the space, and liability. Nothing on this website changes, replaces, or adds to that agreement. Where this site and your signed agreement differ, the signed agreement applies.

Pricing and availability

Prices, packages, promotions, amenities, and availability shown on this site are for information only and can change without notice. They are not an offer or a guaranteed quote. Your quoted price is the one in the written proposal we send you, and availability is confirmed only in writing by us. We try to keep our pricing page and availability calendar accurate, but errors and out-of-date entries happen, and we reserve the right to correct them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or automated inquiries;
• use the site to send spam or to harvest contact details;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site;
• copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the site for a competing business.

Our content

The text, photography, video, logos, and design on this site belong to Blanco Event Center or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to the site freely. You may not reuse our photography or copy commercially without our written permission.

Parts of this site rely on third parties — including our embedded inquiry form and tour scheduler, our virtual tour, and the vendors we list. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Franklin County, Ohio.
